Do you accept insurance?

Dreams Rehab & Golf LLC is a cash based practice. We do not accept insurance at this time. If you would like a super bill for insurance reimbursement that can be provided, but does not guarantee reimbursement.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, check, Venmo, credit cards, HSA cards (if you are looking for insurance reimbursement a superbill can be provided, however it does not guarantee reimbursement)

Do I need a referral?

No! NH is a direct access state meaning you do not need a referral to be seen by a licensed physical therapist.

What patients do you treat?

From golfers to weekend warriors to post-operative patients and everyone in between! The benefit to seeing a cash based provider is it can often times be cheaper than a high deductible insurance plan, saving you money in the long run. If you are looking for individualized passionate care, look no further!
